Join EventWell’s Helen Moon (event professional and qualified relaxation and stress management therapist and psychologist) for its new weekly lunchtime online session as she guides you through breathwork and deep (diaphragmatic) breathing exercises designed to support your physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
Taking place at 12:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the session will last approximately 20 minutes, and you will need: a comfortable chair or cushion to sit on (or if you prefer somewhere to lie down) and a headset (noise cancelling preferred).
Helen Moon says: “We are delighted to be offering these new drop-in weekly sessions for event professionals. Events are incredibly pressured, and the power of our breath as an essential in-built balancing and mental wellbeing tool is hugely underestimated, and not really understood. We have additional classes such as chair yoga coming soon, all designed for the busy event professional at their desk, or on-site.”
